Perfect Spoon+ HL FAQ

What club does the Perfect Spoon+ HL replace?

It replaces your 3, 5, or 4 woods, as well as #1 or #2 hybrids.

Why is it a better choice than my 3 & 5 woods?

The Perfect Spoon+ HL’s shorter shaft (41.25" compared to an average 3 wood’s 43.5") brings you closer to the ball, boosting confidence, making it easier to hit, and providing greater control. Despite being nearly 3 inches shorter than a 3 wood and 2 inches shorter than a 5 wood, you won't sacrifice distance. You'll hit the ball more consistently, more solidly, and with better accuracy.

Why can't I just cut down my 3 or 4 woods to the length of the Perfect Spoon+ HL?

There are two main reasons:

  1. Lie angle: Shortening the club would alter the lie angle, causing the toe of the club to dig into the ground at impact, sending the ball right.
  2. Swing weight and stiffness: Shortening would also lighten the swing weight and stiffen the shaft, leading to reduced distance and control.

What shaft flexes are available?

The Perfect Spoon+ HL comes with an R/S flex for men, designed to accommodate a wide range of club head speeds thanks to the shorter shaft, heavier head, and larger shaft tip diameter.

Does it conform with USGA rules?

Yes, it conforms to both USGA and R&A rules.

What is the loft?

The Perfect Spoon+ HL has 17 degrees of loft, providing the distance and accuracy you expect from your 3, 4, or 5 woods, but with added ease in striking.

Why is it easier to hit?

The shorter shaft improves posture and brings you closer to the ball, resulting in a more aggressive and confident swing. This leads to straighter, more consistent shots.

Tell me about swing weight and head weight...

The Perfect Spoon+ HL has a D3 swing weight, which is ideal for control and power. The shorter shaft allows for a heavier head, adding more mass behind the ball for solid, powerful shots.

PCG HYBRIDS 21,24,27

What clubs do the Perfect Club Hybrids replace?

  • PCG 347
  • Loft: 21°
  • Replaces: 3 & 4 Irons, 7 woods, and #4 hybrids.

  • PCG Accuracy
  • Loft: 24°
  • Replaces: 4 & 5 Irons, 9 woods, and #5 hybrids.

  • PCG Transition
  • Loft: 27°
  • Replaces: 5 & 6 irons, 11 woods, and #6 hybrids.

Why are the Perfect Club Hybrids a better choice than my long irons, hybrids or fairway clubs?

The Perfect Club Hybrids feature a shorter shaft (37.75"–39.25") compared to traditional clubs (41.75"–43"), positioning you closer to the ball for greater confidence, easier control, and improved accuracy. The shorter shaft allows for added head weight, leading to longer, higher, and straighter shots. The combination of the shorter shaft, more upright lie angle, and increased head weight is what sets the Perfect Club Hybrids apart from traditional clubs.

Why shouldn’t I just shorten my existing clubs?

Shortening your current clubs would alter the lie angle and reduce swing weight and also significantly stiffen the shaft flex leading to poor performance. The toe of the club would dig into the ground, causing shots to veer right, and the reduced mass would significantly decrease shot distance.

Do the Perfect Club Hybrids conform with USGA rules?

Yes, the Perfect Club Hybrids conform to both USGA and R&A Rules.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 2002 and proudly serve loyal customers all over the world.

Why are the Perfect Club Hybrids easier to hit than traditional clubs?

The design of the Perfect Club Hybrids naturally encourages center ball placement, similar to where you’d position an 8 iron or pitching wedge. This shorter shaft promotes a better stance, boosts confidence by placing you closer to the ball, and allows for a more aggressive swing. The result is straighter and more consistent shots.

What about swing weight and head weight?

The Perfect Club Hybrids have a swing weight of D3, which is ideal for control and power. The shorter shaft allows for a heavier club head, providing more mass behind the ball and resulting in solid, powerful shots.

What role does torque and tip diameter play?

The Perfect Club Hybrids have a larger shaft tip diameter, reducing torque and giving the club head greater stability. This minimizes twisting at impact, resulting in straighter, more consistent shots.

Perfect Club Distance and Accuracy – FAQ

How far can I hit a Perfect Club?

The Perfect Club can add 4 to 8 extra yards on average to your shots compared to the traditional clubs it replaces. For example, if your 5 iron flies 165 yards when hit perfectly, the Perfect Accuracy 24-degree club can achieve the same or greater distance, with far less effort and more consistent accuracy.

Which Perfect Club is right for me?

Choosing the right Perfect Club depends on the clubs you currently struggle with. For instance, if you have difficulty hitting your 3 or 4 iron, we recommend the Perfect Club 347 (21 degrees). This club delivers the distance of a 3 or 4 iron with the ease of hitting an 8 iron.

What are the distance and accuracy advantages of the Perfect Clubs?

Perfect Clubs not only fly as far or farther than the traditional clubs they replace, but they also require much less effort. Thanks to improved design and technology, you’ll hit more solid shots more often, enhancing both distance and accuracy.

Will my distance results differ based on my skill level?

Yes, your distance results may vary depending on your skill level, strength, and flexibility. For example, a 15-handicap male golfer might experience different results than a more advanced or beginner player, but the consistent improvement in ease and accuracy remains the same across all levels.

How do I find the right Perfect Club for my game?

Identify the clubs that you struggle with or want to improve upon. For example, if you can’t consistently hit your 3 or 4 iron, the Perfect Club 347 will give you the distance of those irons, but with far greater ease and control.

How does offset help with hitting a draw or straight shot, especially if I slice?

Offset on a golf club positions the clubface slightly behind the shaft, giving you more time to square the clubface at impact. This helps reduce slicing and promotes a straighter ball flight or even a slight draw. For golfers who tend to slice, offset is a great feature that encourages better control and more accurate shots.

The Perfect Golf Chipper

Perfect Chipper FAQ

Do chippers conform to the Rules of Golf?

Yes, chippers are classified as iron clubs, not putters, and must conform to the requirements for woods and irons. For example, chippers may not have a putter grip or two striking faces, as per USGA RULE 4-1. The Perfect Chipper is fully compliant with USGA Rules & Regulations.

How should I use The Perfect Chipper?

Grip:
You can grip the Perfect Chipper in one of two ways:

  1. Use your regular grip as you would for a chip shot with any other club.
  2. (Recommended) Hold it like you would your putter. Keep the grip comfortable and avoid over-gripping or holding the club too tightly.

Stance:
Stand close to the ball with your feet spread apart. Shift about three-quarters of your weight onto your lead foot (the foot closest to the hole). For right-handed golfers, this would be your left foot. Align your stance as if you were putting, using the same grip you would for a putt.

The Shot:
The Perfect Chipper mimics the action of a putting stroke. Rotate your shoulders and take the chipper back just like a long putt, adjusting for distance from the hole. Follow through with a descending angle into the ball, keeping your wrists firm to maintain control. There's no need for a big swing—use the same smooth stroke as you would with a putter, allowing the club's angled face to lift the ball.

With practice, you'll quickly get a feel for distance and elevation, and won't need a big swing to send the ball rolling. Focus on the accuracy and break of the green, and watch this club take strokes off your game!

Why is the Perfect Chipper heavier than most chippers?

The Perfect Chipper is designed to have the same weight as most putters, giving you better control. Its heavier design allows you to use a putting stroke for greater accuracy. Other chippers are often too light and have excessive loft, leading golfers to take longer swings and add wrist action, resulting in less accuracy, inconsistent distance control, and poor ball spin.
